ODYSSEY

ODYSSEY
THEATRE ROYAL - 8.00 pm

Andreas Litras’ remarkable show Odyssey takes the audience on a journey through Homer’s epic poem, his family’s immigration to Australia and on the search for his own identity growing up as a Greek- Australian – “I didn’t want to be a wog”. Fusing the best of physical and conventional theatrical traditions, Litras brilliantly spins these three narratives together to make gold. Stunning in its irreverence, passion and joy, Odyssey celebrates what it means to find ‘home’.
